This Office comes under the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha.The fundamental objective of this institution is
i. To impart higher education to the students of this backward area, inculcate the spirit of competition in the students at the state and national levels, and raise their standard of livelihood.
ii. To impart high-grade education to the youth in and around the Steel City of Bonaigarh.
iii. To culminate in the student's spirit of human values with sound moral conduct in their thoughts and actions.
iv. To instil a sense of equality, social justice, secularism, and national interaction in the students and encourage them to have catalytic personalities.
